The Club

External relations managers, press officers, company directors... have all chosen to join the AJSPI's Club to benefit from having a special relationship with scientific journalists.

The AJSPI Club has just celebrated its 40th anniversary. Founded in 1967, under the presidency of Robert Clarke, it brings together the main heads of external relations of research organisations and industries concerned with questions of scientific, technical or medical information.

To date, the Club has more than 70 members who have the opportunity to meet scientific journalists who are members of the AJSPI during regular meetings and cultural visits. The Club members rapidly become the favoured contacts of the journalists for the organisation of meetings, tours, laboratory visits etc.

Every year, the Club members receive an exclusive paper directory of AJSPI members, where all the journalists are listed by specialisation and by media. This provides a unique opportunity for journalists to be better known and to better know their interlocutors.
